Mayor to present State of the CityJOLIET — Mayor Tom Giarrante will present his first State of the City address from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Feb. 28. The event will be hosted by the Joliet Chamber of Commerce at the Autobahn Country Club, 795 CenterPoint Way. The cost is $30 for chamber members and $40 for nonmembers.
